Starting today, October 22. Last year we unveiled this offer for Spotify Premium for Family users, introducing households to a new, exciting way to enjoy music at home. Now we’re offering it for our users with individual plans. Streaming your favorite tunes and music playlists has never been so easy—or hands-off. Spotify offers music as the artist intends it to be heard, so it can sometimes include explicit content. Look out for the EXPLICIT tag on any releases. Note: Our explicit content tags are applied based on information we receive from rights-holders. Spotify comes in two main forms - free and Premium. Spotify Premium is £9.99/$9.99 a month, which includes access to features such as ad-free streaming, unlimited skips, extreme quality streaming.
If you’re traveling to a different country or region, you can take Spotify with you!
Premium
If you have Premium, you can travel anywhere without having to change your settings.
If you permanently move to another country or region, you need to update your payment method to one that's issued there:
- Log in to your account page.
- Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
- Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region.
The changes will take effect from your next billing date.

Spotify Free
If you're on Spotify Free you can use Spotify in a different country or region for up to 14 days.
To continue listening after 14 days, you can change your settings:
- Log in to your account page.
- Click EDIT PROFILE.
- Scroll down to Country or region and select your new place from the dropdown list.
Note: Your new country or region only shows when you’re actually there. - Click SAVE PROFILE.

You can also upgrade to Premium to listen anywhere for as long as you want without having to change your settings.
